The WOW Story

Founded in 2010 by Ruchira Darda, Women of Wonder (WOW) began its inspiring journey from CSN, Nashik with a vision to create Wider Opportunities for Women to grow, connect, and lead.

Over the past 16 years, WOW has blossomed into a powerful community that celebrates womanhood, strength, and shared success. With more than 300 impactful events organized, WOW has brought together women from diverse backgrounds to learn, collaborate, and empower one another.

Guided by Ruchira’s passion and purpose, WOW continues to create meaningful experiences that encourage women to believe in their potential, break barriers, and uplift each other.

Empowering Women to BE!

The primary objective of WOW is to promote entrepreneurship and professional excellence in young women, along side up scaling current experiences and skills.

We hope to achieve entrepreneurship & professional excellence in young women through our educational and vocational training programs, talks, seminars, panel discussions and workshops on a vast range of subjects especially concerning women, family and business. WoW also supports learning indicatives for lesser priviledged children through its ‘Roti Kapda Samman’ chapter.
